At Swiszpro, we strive to provide you with the finest luxury fragrances and an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Exchange & Return Policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free process.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 3 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Exchange & Return Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the order.
The item must be in the same condition as received, with no damage or tampering. Please note that this includes opening the plastic cellophane wrapping of the perfume/cologne box.
All orders that are placed based on Special Offers and/or Coupon Codes and/or Voucher orders cannot be exchanged and/or refunded. This is due to various cost factors as well as operational issues that are involved. As such, we are not in a position to be able to apply the return policy for such types of orders. Also, note the amount to be refunded for returned items will not be inclusive of discounts/coupons, thus you will be refunded only for the amount you were charged for the purchases.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.

How to Request an Exchange or Return?

Provide Order Details – Share your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Approval & Instructions – Our team will review your request and provide further steps.

Return the Product – As mentioned, send the item to our designated return center.

Refund or Exchange Processing – Once inspected, we will process your exchange or refund within 5-7 working days.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as a store credit.
Processing time: 5-7 working days after receiving the returned item.
Please note that all refunds, if applicable, shall be made via the same payment mode as used for the payment of the order. That is, in case of purchase by credit/debit card, the amount will be credited to the same credit/debit card used for making the payment towards the order. Please note that this process of crediting your credit or debit card is outside the control of Swiszpro, and you may have to consult your card issuer or your bank directly in this regard.
Please note that in some circumstances, carriage charges incurred in returning your order to swiszpro may not be reimbursed. swiszpro reserves the right to apply discretion with regard to refunding payment of any carriage costs above the stated product cost.
