• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used by the customer.
• Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
• No Refund & No Cancellation Policy: If a product or service is non-refundable and non-cancelable, this must be clearly communicated to the cardholder before the purchase decision is made to prevent misunderstandings and disputes.

Refund for Canceled Orders

• If your payment was made through a credit/debit card or online wallet, the refund processing time may vary based on your bank’s policies.
• .For orders where you used a free shipping promotion, please note that the shipping cost of AED 20 will be deducted from your refund, as shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped, regardless of the shipping promotion applied at the time of purchase.

• Custom or Personalized Orders – Orders for customized or engraved products cannot be canceled once they are in production.
